The Micro wedding is a hybrid between an elopement and a full-scale wedding. It contains most of the elements of a traditional ceremony, but smaller—MUCH SMALLER IN EVERY WAY! Designed specifically for couples who do not want the pressure and stress of long planning timeframes or the high expense. Couples will have the freedom to spend their money on what matters most to them.

OPTIMAL SCHEDULING: Monday through Thursday will yield you the best possible opportunities and availability of vendors. These are streamlined packages that are designed to make your life easier, decrease the pressure of planning, and save time & money.
Package A: $1375 - Simple Micro Wedding (minimum 2 hours) - the two of you + 12 to 40 guests
Location: Off-site at one of our recommended wedding venues or other location you have in mind
Inclusions:
- professional wedding officiant (fully customized ceremony)
- 2 hours of professional wedding photography (ceremony + family + toast, cake, misc.)
- logistical coordination with your venue and photographer
- pre-assessment for the order of the ceremony
- assistance writing customized vows
- design and creation of your ceremony elements
- unlimited ceremony draft editing
- official in-person or virtual planning meeting before the wedding
- marriage license instructions pre-wedding day
- acquisition of a Certified Marriage Certificate, post-wedding day
- name change instructions post-wedding day
- signing and legal filing of marriage license with the Marriage Bureau on your behalf
- professional PA sound system if necessary
- unlimited communications and support when needed
- officiating the ceremony
- a keepsake of the ceremony presentation

Package B: $2475 - Micro Wedding Bundle (3 hours) - 12 to 40 guests
Location: Off-site at one of our recommended wedding venues or other location you have in mind

- 3 hours of professional DJ music (arrival of guests + ceremony + reception)
- logistical coordination with your venue, photographer, and DJ
- pre-assessment for the order of ceremony

- unlimited ceremony draft editing
- official in-person or virtual planning meeting before the wedding
- marriage license instructions pre-wedding day

IMPORTANT TIP: if you are trying to plan a wedding event that exceeds 50 people, it falls into the category of a "small wedding" rather than a micro wedding. CONTACT US STILL! The selected venue may determine how your event will be accommodated. If you aren't sure, please call us! We still want to officiate your ceremony, no matter how many guests! Additionally, we can recommend all sorts of loved and trusted vendors!
Delaware Elopements makes planning your micro wedding easy. Below is an "at-a-glance" abbreviated version of the steps we will take together.
THE PROCESS
- 1. Fill out the form below and tell us about your vision.
- 2. Review the Recommended Venues Page for a potential venue (you are not required to use our recommended venues; however, we have an affiliation with these folks and have paved the way for you!).
- 3. We will call you to discuss your ideas and explain the process and the various options.
- 4. Narrow down the venue(s) that appeal to you and contact them to inquire about their pricing/packages and booking process.
- 5. Independently move forward with the vendor to secure your date/time and cost with them (this is NOT included in our price).
- 7. Talk to us about our preferred DJs, bakers, and event management wedding planners.
- 8. Together, we design your authentic wedding ceremony and coordinate your micro wedding!
Separate from your venue, a simple contract and invoice will be created and emailed to you from Delaware Elopements, LLC. Payment is made with Zelle, Venmo, or a personal check. Your digital signatures, the contract, and a 50% retainer are required within five days of the dated contract. The balance is due 30 days before the wedding. For events scheduled only one month in advance, payment in full is required at signing.
Refund Policy for Delaware Elopements, LLC - If the client cancels after a contract is signed and payment is made, payments are non-refundable. However, if, for any reason, Delaware Elopements, LLC must separate from the contractual agreement, a full refund will be given.
